Kwikset Halo

The Halo Keypad (938 WIFI KYPD 15) and Halo Touchscreen (939 WIFI TSCR 514) have provider support for scheduled online codes. Seam requires a future start and recommends at least 15 minutes’ lead time, so same-day and last-minute bookings need a setup check. Halo Touch fingerprint-only is a different model.

Locks with a hub

Some locks connect through extra hardware. Schlage Connect uses a supported SmartThings Z-Wave hub; older August configurations need a Connect Wi-Fi Bridge and keypad. Send the lock and hub model together so we can check the complete setup.

Offline-code setups

Some locks generate codes without an internet connection. Those offline codes cannot be changed or removed early through Seam, so they don’t fit Dorkey’s current extension and cancellation flow. A brand may also offer an online configuration; we’ll check the exact model and bridge.
